Ever walk your dogs and get the feeling of "oh, no here comes the aggressive dog on the corner". It's amazing how if you remain calm you can transfer that to your dog as well. It can also be transferred to the aggressive canine. If you remain calm a change reaction occurs, your dog remains calm and doesn't feed a negative response to the other dog. I'm not saying that you will not receive a response to your passing by; but it should be less than what your normally experience.
