Abandoned Chihuahuas
It's sad that people would just get a pet because everyone else has one or it's fashionable. Daisy was a gift for my daughter and with the small size it was easier for her to hold. She is not the friendliest dog with strangers, which we are always working on, but we would not give her up. She could live the next 15 years and some people don't realize a dog is a long term commitment.

OOOOOooo... You have touched on one of MY pet peeves! I HATE it that people don't THINK before they get a dog, or any other animal for that matter! They AREN'T little machines you can set on a shelf when they aren't convenient... they are living, breathinig, caring creatures that love and can have their little hearts broken...
